Cultivation terms describe living systems whose variables interact; they should guide observation and measurement rather than become one-size-fits-all recipes.
Vapor pressure deficit may also appear as VPD. An alias can help with search and recognition, but it does not create a different scientific or legal meaning unless a source defines one.
