Using MyZilla without an account
When you are signed out, MyZilla stores collections and saved items on your device using local storage. Mainezilla does not receive that device-only library merely because you use it. Export creates a JSON file on your device.
MyZilla passwordless accounts
If you request and open a one-time MyZilla email link, Supabase creates or opens your account and establishes a secure browser session. Signed-in profile details, collections, saved-item statuses, and private notes are stored in Supabase and synchronized across signed-in devices. Owner-scoped row-level security limits private records to the authenticated account.
Public profile choice
Your MyZilla research library and notes remain private. If you deliberately enable a public community profile, only the profile information identified in that control—such as display name, handle, profile image, and introduction—may be shown publicly. Turning on a public profile does not publish private collections or notes.
Audience measurement
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may measure site use after adult affirmation and analytics consent. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled by default. Measurement can include page paths, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, referral information, and interaction events. It does not receive private MyZilla collection contents through Mainezilla’s implementation.
Community invite information
A Community invitation request is separate from a MyZilla account. If you request an invitation, we store your email address, optional pseudonymous handle idea, adult attestation, community-rules consent, source, status, and timestamps. The public cannot read the invite list.
Business inquiries
If you use the wholesale and partnership form, we store the contact and business information you submit, the inquiry category, adult confirmation, message, source, status, and timestamps. It is available to authorized staff for qualification and follow-up, not to public visitors. Do not upload or paste identity documents, patient records, or security-sensitive cultivation information.
Wholesale accounts and interest galleries
A wholesale workspace stores the authenticated account email, contact and business details, adult attestation, account status, private draft galleries, product snapshots, quantity-of-interest signals, notes, and submission timestamps. Drafts are limited to their owner and authorized Garden OS staff through row-level security. When you send a gallery, the submitted snapshot is preserved for relationship follow-up and delivered to Mainezilla’s authorized contact team. It is not a purchase record, order, reservation, invoice, or payment record.
Messages and email
Resend processes transactional email such as inquiry confirmations, wholesale-gallery confirmations, invite confirmations, and staff notifications. Supabase Auth sends or routes passwordless account messages according to the configured authentication email provider. Email content should not include private medical records or emergency information.
Voice conversations
If you start the ElevenLabs voice guide, your browser requests microphone access. Voice and conversation data may be processed by ElevenLabs and reviewed by authorized staff to improve accuracy, investigate safety issues, or handle escalation. Do not share diagnoses, identification documents, payment information, or information you do not want processed.
Operational providers
Render hosts the application. Supabase provides database, storage, and passwordless authentication services. Resend sends configured transactional email. ElevenLabs powers the voice guide. Google provides consent-aware audience measurement. Monday.com receives approved Mainezilla social publishing packages; personal MyZilla libraries, wholesale galleries, business inquiries, and Community invite records are not social content.
What we deliberately avoid
The platform is not designed to collect diagnoses, government identification, payment-card data, cannabis purchase history, or individualized medical instructions. Do not submit those through contact, community, wholesale, or voice features.
Retention and control
You can remove MyZilla items, sign out, and export your library. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information Mainezilla controls by emailing info@mainezilla.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for security, legal obligations, wholesale relationship records, moderation appeals, or immutable editorial audits.
Children
This service is not directed to children. Public cannabis content is gated for adults, and Community participation requires adult attestation.
